Job Description:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Design and develop enterprise healthcare applications using Pega.
• Develop complex Oracle queries, packages, procedures, views, and materialized views.
• Optimize database performance and tune high-volume claims processing transactions.
• Work with large healthcare datasets involving Members, Providers, Claims, Benefits, and Authorizations.
• Develop and support real-time and batch integrations between Pega and Oracle systems.
• Create data models and database designs supporting healthcare workflows.
• Build and optimize Pega Case Types, Flows, Decision Rules, and SLAs.
• Troubleshoot production issues involving both application and database layers.
• Participate in architecture discussions and database design reviews.
• Support Agile development, testing, deployment, and release activities.
