Job Description

Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Washington DC - Hybrid
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement ServiceNow technical solutions based on business requirements.
Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
Design and develop workflows and automated business processes.
Create and configure Service Catalog items and catalog requests.
Configure and customize Service Portal functionality.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems.
Design integration architecture using APIs, Web Services, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and other technologies.
Configure and develop solutions using Flow Designer and Orchestration.
Perform custom scripting using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
Configure reports, dashboards, and data-driven solutions.
Perform data imports and data transformation activities.
Maintain and improve CMDB accuracy, completeness, and data quality.
Support CSDM and enterprise application relationship requirements.
Design and implement application security and data security solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow technical issues.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules.
Collaborate with ITSM teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.
Identify opportunities for platform optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Assist with technical planning and resource requirements.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

Strong ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
Strong ITSM knowledge.
Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Service Portal, CMDB, CSDM, and Flow Designer.
Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
Experience developing enterprise-level integrations.
Strong understanding of APIs and Web Services.
Experience with MID Server, LDAP, and SSO integrations.
Knowledge of CMDB data models, CIs, relationships, and data quality.
Ability to design technical solutions and integration architecture.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
