Pega Decision Engineer/ CDH Developer || REMOTE || W2 & C2C

Job Summary We are seeking a Pega Decision Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to design and implement real-time, next-best-action decisioning strategies. This is a 4-month contract engagement supporting decisioning capabilities across marketing, sales, and service channels.

Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement decisioning strategies using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

Build and maintain Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategy frameworks, including proposition management, arbitration, and engagement policies.

Configure and tune predictive and adaptive models within Pega's decisioning framework.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing, sales, and service objectives into decisioning strategies and business rules.

Implement and manage Strategy Canvas, Decision Tables, Decision Trees, and Scorecards.

Integrate CDH with channels (web, mobile, email, contact center) to enable real-time, cross-channel personalization.

Monitor and optimize decisioning outcomes using reporting, dashboards, and A/B testing.

Partner with Pega developers and architects on data model design, integrations, and performance tuning.

Support testing, validation, and deployment of decisioning strategies through the CI/CD pipeline.

Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and best-practice guidance to internal teams.

Required Skills Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Next-Best-Action design.

Strong understanding of Pega Decisioning concepts: strategies, propositions, arbitration, engagement policies, and adaptive/predictive models.

Experience with Pega Platform (8.x) rules, data pages, and integrations (REST/SOAP).

Familiarity with real-time and batch decisioning, channel integration, and personalization strategies.

Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting decisioning performance metrics and reports.

Excellent communication skills to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.

Pega CSA/CSSA certification (Decisioning Consultant track) preferred.

Available for a 4-month contract engagement.
