We are seeking an experienced, hands-on

The successful candidate will be a knowledgeable HR practitioner who can quickly assess business needs, manage employee relations and performance matters, and ensure thorough documentation and knowledge transfer throughout the assignment. Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and other HR matters.

Coach managers through performance concerns, employee issues, and sensitive workplace situations using sound judgment and discretion. Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and implement practical HR solutions. Support talent reviews and related talent-management activities, as needed. Coordinate with other HR functions, including People Analytics and cross-functional People teams. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of HR activities, recommendations, and open matters.

Identify potential issues, evaluate options, and independently resolve problems within established policies and practices. Solid HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience supporting a wide variety of leaders. Demonstrated experience working directly with frontline managers and senior management. Strong knowledge of performance management and employee relations practices.

Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with discretion and sound judgment. Willingness to work hours that align with primarily West Coast-based management. Experience supporting engineering, technology, product, or design teams. Experience facilitating talent reviews or talent-planning processes. Proficiency with Workday, Google Workspace, and Slack. Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a practical, proactive HR professional who is comfortable stepping into a short-term assignment and contributing immediately.

This individual is a strong “doer” who can balance hands-on HR support with thoughtful consultation, communicate clearly at all organizational levels, and leave behind comprehensive documentation for a smooth transition.
