CIMCloud Consultant

Description

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Consultant to support a fast-moving B2B e-commerce initiative. This position calls for deep CIMcloud knowledge and the ability to strengthen platform performance, guide technical decisions, and help deliver key project goals within an accelerated timeline. The consultant will work within an environment that includes standard platform capabilities, tailored enhancements, and integrated business systems.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on configuration and enhancement work within the CIMcloud platform to support B2B commerce objectives.

Evaluate current platform customizations, identify gaps, and develop comparable or improved functionality where needed.

Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate business requirement documents into practical system solutions.

Oversee and support integration-related activities involving connected business applications, including Acumatica.

Apply sound system architecture principles to improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability across the solution.

Coordinate effectively with offshore development resources to align deliverables, clarify technical direction, and maintain project momentum.

Optimize platform setup and workflows to improve usability, performance, and business process efficiency.

Contribute to delivery planning and execution for a high-priority initiative with demanding deadlines.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience working with the CIMcloud platform in a development or consulting capacity.
Proven ability to configure, refine, and optimize ERP/CRM or commerce platform functionality.
Solid understanding of B2B integration concepts and system architecture best practices.
Experience supporting or integrating with Acumatica is highly preferred.
Ability to review existing custom solutions and recreate or extend similar capabilities as business needs evolve.
Proficiency working with business requirement documents and turning requirements into technical outcomes.
Familiarity with configuration management processes in complex application environments.
