Technical Product Manager - Enterprise SDK Integration

REQUIRED SKILLS
Technical Product Management (5+ years managing SDKs, APIs, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS).
API & Integration Design (5+ years using REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, OAuth/SAML, and API gateways).
Cloud & Infrastructure Awareness (3+ years with AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD, and IaC tools like Terraform).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Cross-Functional Execution: Proven track record leading Agile teams, managing technical dependencies, and translating complex technical concepts into clear PRDs and written narratives. ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS
Experience with telecom, networking, or connectivity platform integrations. Familiarity with commerce, billing, catalog, entitlement, and multi-party service contracts. Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and writing 6-page narrative business cases. MBA or Master's degree in a technical field.

Hands-on background as a TPM/Delivery Lead in networking, telecom, or cloud infrastructure environments. Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and developer portal ecosystems. Familiarity with B2B enterprise workflows (bulk operations, batch processing, multi-region deployments, billing/entitlement systems). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the product vision, strategy, and release roadmap for developer SDKs, APIs, and integration frameworks.

Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design API-first platform features, backward-compatible SDKs, and developer portal documentation. Build customer enablement playbooks, onboarding journeys, and implementation guides to accelerate customer activation and time-to-value. Partner across cross-functional teams (Security, Commerce, Billing, Solutions Architecture) to ensure seamless integration and compliance. Track product adoption, API usage, and onboarding metrics to continuously optimize product performance and developer satisfaction.
