Work with qualified buyer leads and appointments
Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
Match buyers with homes that fit their needs and budget
Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
Guide buyers from consultation to closing
Manage follow-up and client activity using
CRM
Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Meet with qualified buyers and sellers through scheduled appointments
Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
Negotiate offers and contracts
Guide clients from consultation to closing
Manage leads and follow-up using
CRM
Convert appointments into closed transactions
Participate in ongoing training and coaching
Qualifications:
Active Florida Real Estate License required
Motivated to grow production and earning potential
Confident meeting clients and building relationships
Coachable and willing to follow proven sales systems
Professional, consistent, and results-driven
