Job Summary

We are seeking SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement Lead who will be responsible for driving end-to-end enablement of suppliers on the SAP Business Network using cXML standards. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, understanding their ERP landscape, defining integration requirements, configuring mappings via Managed Gateway, and validating end-to-end Source-to-Pay transaction flows. The lead ensures smooth onboarding, compliance with cXML specifications, and successful go-live support for supplier integrations.

 Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Design

• Conduct discovery workshops to understand supplier ERP systems, data formats, and integration capabilities.
• Act as a SME and manage the design for mapping, connectivity, message flows for various S2P transactions.
• Lead the technical design for B2B integrations and provide guidance for cXML messages in SAP Business Network.
• Define integration strategies for purchase orders, order confirmations, advance ship notices (ASN), service entry sheets, invoices, and supplier connectivity.

2. Configuration and Mapping

• Translate business and technical requirements into cXML mapping specifications.
• Configure mapping in Managed Gateway (Ariba CIG) for outbound and inbound transactions.
• Review and validate cXML payloads from supplier against SAP Business Network standards (DTD/XSD validation).

3. B2B Integration and Supplier Enablement

• Collaborate with ECC, Integration (CPI/Managed Gateway), and SAP Ariba teams to ensure compliant and scalable connectivity.
• Coordinate with SAP Ariba for configurations tasks in SAP Business Network.
• Provide guidance to suppliers for data formats and resolve integration issues in collaboration with technical teams.
• Troubleshoot and optimize transactional flows for S2P transactions.

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Business Network integrations and minimum 3+ years in Ariba Supplier Enablement / Supplier-side B2B Integration.
• Strong expertise in cXML, SBN message standards, SBN Buyer/Supplier, and Managed Gateway (CIG) Mapping.
• Good understanding of ECC or S/4HANA, IDoc/cXML structures for different S2P transactions (PO, order confirmation, ASN, Invoice), and integration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience analyzing XML/cXML, troubleshooting payloads, and working with tools (Postman, SOAPUI, XML editors).
• Proven track record in supplier enablement and B2B transaction testing.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

 Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in Managed Gateway or CPI.
• Prior experience in Supplier enablement and B2B integration programs.
• Exposure to AI-driven process automation in procurement or supply chain is a plus.
• Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master s degree is a plus.
