Role: Senior Business Analyst (IAM/Cybersecurity)
Location: Chicago, IL. 100% onsite | Duration: 6-12 Months | Experience: 8-10+ Years
Duration: 6 months

Job Summary:
Senior Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience to support IAM, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, and Identity Governance initiatives.

Key Skills:

• Strong Business Analysis and requirements gathering experience
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• IAM, SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, RBAC, Authorization & Authentication
• Cloud Identity Management and Conditional Access
• BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows
• Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Security Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Audit support
• Data analysis, KPI/KRI reporting, and executive dashboards
• Experience working with Security Architects, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.

Primary Focus: Senior BA + IAM/Cybersecurity + Microsoft Entra Identity Management + Cloud
