Our direct client is looking for an IT Business Analystfor an Onsite Long Term Contract in Columbus, OH.

J0B DESCRIPTION:
- Requirements gathering – 30%
- Data Mapping and Data Analysis – 30%
- Testing Lead / Tester – 30%
- Meetings – 10%

SKILL MATRIX:
- Business Systems Analyst - Required 
- Test lead and test planning knowledge - Required 
- Data mapping ability for new system implementations and interfaces - Required 
- Ability to work in both waterfall and agile environments - Required
- Ability to identify overlap and key connections while gathering requirements - Required
- Ability to look at application requirement gathering and implementation strategy to wholistically to identify overlaps, risks, and constraints - Required
- Previous work implementing and gathering requirements for a Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and ITSM tools - Required
- Experience with Onspring and Neurons - Strong Plus to have
