Key Responsibilities
Lead the Banking Transition: Direct the migration to a new banking partner across all revenue, deposit, and financial processing divisions.
Stakeholder & Resource Management: Coordinate deliverables and align cross-functional teams, including external vendor resources, divisional representatives, finance leadership, and IT.
Requirements Gathering: Ensure comprehensive, division-specific business and technical requirements are formally documented prior to deployment.
Process Optimization: Partner with divisional leaders to re-engineer current workflows, streamline operational activities, and fully leverage the new banking platform's capabilities.
Qualifications & Certifications
Required: Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Highly Desired: CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) and SAFe certifications.
Nice to Have: CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent Agile/Product management credentials.
