The Role • Lead workshop operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality vehicle glass repair and replacement services. • Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Manage inventory and resources to meet operational demands and financial targets. • Implement and maintain company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. • Drive the achievement of branch and personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Ensure the proper maintenance of workshop tools and equipment. What You'll Need • Proven experience in vehicle glass repair and replacement. • Strong understanding of workshop management principles. • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs. • Familiarity with selling Value Added Products and Services (VAPS). • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. • Ability to work towards targets and complete new or unfamiliar tasks with minimal supervision.
