The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Act as a Branch Manager (HWK), overseeing technical operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operational planning. • Advise and support customers from order placement to vehicle handover with a strong service orientation. • Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and process incoming orders and scheduling. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with several years of professional experience as a master auto mechanic, auto mechatronics technician, auto mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to complete the expertise test or already be a certified Branch Manager (HWK). • A valid Class B driver's license and proficient German language skills. • Strong PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks. • Excellent customer and service orientation, coupled with strong communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and with a trusting, peer-to-peer collaboration style.
