The Role • Responsible for the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Take on the additional function of "Operations Manager" (HWK), overseeing technical-expert topics on-site and ensuring adherence to company standards. • Provide customer service from order acceptance through to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the creation and disposition of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures and ensure audit-relevant standards are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a Master Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Mechanic. • Willingness to complete the required certification for Operations Manager or already hold this qualification. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and collaboratively.
