Android Developer (Exp-5+ Yeras)-Full Time Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Android Jetpack, REST APIs, MVVM/MVI architecture, and modern Android development practices.

The candidate will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Android Application Development
• Strong experience with Kotlin and Java
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK
• Experience with Android Jetpack components
• Proficiency in Jetpack Compose
• Experience with MVVM / MVI / Clean Architecture
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON
• Experience integrating backend APIs into Android applications
• Strong understanding of Android UI/UX development
• Experience with Coroutines, Flow, LiveData
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
• Unit testing and UI testing experience
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin/Java.
• Build scalable and reusable Android components following modern development practices.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Jetpack Compose and XML layouts.
• Implement application architecture using MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, JSON services, and third-party SDKs.
• Work with backend developers to define and consume API contracts.
• Implement asynchronous programming using Kotlin Coroutines and Flow.
• Develop reusable UI components and common Android libraries.
• Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Troubleshoot crashes, memory issues, ANRs, and application performance problems.
• Write unit, integration, and UI automation tests.
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and improve application quality.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical discussions.
• Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions and effort estimates.
