The Role • Manage a defined territory, focusing on lead generation, relationship building, and closing new business opportunities. • Develop and present tailored proposals for commercial electronic security products and services. • Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings weekly to foster relationships and drive engagement. • Collaborate with internal specialists to design and deliver custom security solutions. • Identify and pursue new business within the core commercial market segment. • Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling strategies. What You'll Need • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high sales quotas. • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to travel across assigned geographic areas and possess a valid driver's license. • Strong organizational, communication, and client-facing skills.
