The Role • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions utilizing Pegasystems (Pega). • Provide operational support for the enterprise Pega infrastructure, including upgrades and patching. • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications and platforms. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported environments. • Collaborate with a technical support team to ensure the stability and performance of the Pega infrastructure. What You'll Need • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field with 4-8 years of experience, or a Master's Degree with 2-6 years of experience. • Demonstrated experience in business system solution development using Pegasystems (Pega). • 4+ years of experience building, managing, and supporting the Pega operating system and application platform. • 4+ years of experience with Pega upgrade and patching activities. • Strong knowledge of Pega tools, including application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, and reports. • Proficiency in troubleshooting and critical thinking. • Familiarity with web technologies such as .Net or Java.
