They are currently seeking a skilled professional to join their dynamic team supporting critical national infrastructure. The Role • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Pegasystems (Pega). • Provide operational support for enterprise Pega infrastructure, including upgrades and patching. • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. • Review, test, and implement patches and upgrades for the Pega platform. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported Pega environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with critical thinking skills. What You'll Need • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with 4-8 years of experience, or a Master's Degree with 2-6 years of experience. • Previous experience in business system solution development using Pegasystems (Pega). • 4+ years of experience building, managing, and supporting Pega operating systems and application platforms. • 4+ years of experience with Pega upgrade and patching activities. • Strong knowledge of Pega Application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, reports, and other Pega OOTB tools. • Knowledge of web technologies, including .Net or Java. • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass FAA security screening for Public Trust positions.
