The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Pegasystems (Pega).
• Provide operational support for enterprise PEGA infrastructure.
• Review, test, and implement patches and upgrades for the PEGA platform.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported environments.
• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with critical thinking and analytical skills.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering) and 4-8 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 2-6 years of experience.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass FAA security screening.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in building, managing, and supporting PEGA operating systems and application platforms.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with PEGA upgrade and patching activities.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting PEGA applications.
• Strong knowledge of PEGA application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, reports, and OOTB tools.
• Familiarity with web technologies including .Net or Java.
