Job Title: Workday–Compensation and Benefits Consultant
Location: Remote

Responsibilities

· Seeking a Workday Compensation and Benefits Consultant with hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Compensation and Benefits modules. The consultant will work with HR and business teams to translate requirements into Workday solutions and support ongoing enhancements.

Responsibilities:

· Configure and support Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules.

· Configure compensation plans, merit cycles, bonus programs, benefit plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment processes.

· Perform Workday business process configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

· Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver Workday solutions.

· Support Workday releases, enhancements, and documentation.

Required Skills:

· 9+ years of Workday HCM experience with strong Compensation and Benefits configuration experience.

· Hands-on experience with Workday business processes, security, reporting, and calculated fields.

· Strong understanding of compensation cycles, benefits administration, and HR processes.

· Workday Compensation/Benefits certification preferred.
