This opportunity is with a fast growing, well funded technology company known for its data security and cyber resilience platform, with a hybrid presence in Palo Alto, CA. This role sits within the People Technology team, partnering closely with IT and Total Rewards to run enterprise compensation cycles and modernize HR systems, including the integration of emerging AI tools into HR workflows.

What You'll Do

• Drive execution of annual and company wide compensation review cycles using Workday Advanced Compensation
• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
• Develop and lead User Acceptance Testing processes, including test case creation and timeline management
• Oversee HCM platform implementation and provide ongoing support
• Manage project timelines, communications, documentation, and team training
• Conduct data audits for HR programs and process improvement initiatives
• Integrate AI tools into HR workflows, testing, and documentation
• Prioritize incoming enhancement requests and manage a ticketing queue for backup support
• Build and maintain Workday reports to support business needs
• Collaborate with Total Rewards to evaluate and recommend new technology solutions

What We Need From You

• Hands on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
• Experience managing HRIS or HCM platform projects
• Experience developing and leading UAT processes
• Experience building and maintaining reports within an HRIS platform
• Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and project management skills
