Touchstone Communities is seeking an HR Generalist to support our Human Resources & Talent Management team across our senior living and long-term care communities in Texas. In this role, you will manage full-cycle HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. You’ll partner closely with leaders and caregivers to foster a family-oriented, compassionate culture that supports quality resident care. Ideal candidates bring strong HR fundamentals, working knowledge of healthcare employment regulations, and experience with HRIS systems.
