Skilled Trades Recruiting Team Leader

Yellowstone Local is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiting Team Leader to drive recruiting success for home service and trades clients. In this role, you'll lead a small team of recruiters focused on skilled trades roles, owning strategy, execution, and performance. You'll design sourcing plans, manage full-cycle recruiting for key positions, and build strong talent pipelines that fuel client growth. Partnering closely with marketing and account teams, you'll use data and KPIs to refine processes, improve conversion, and deliver a consistently strong candidate and client experience in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled-trades recruiters to meet hiring goals for home service clients
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for priority roles, from intake to offer acceptance
• Use data and KPIs to track performance and optimize recruiting processes
• Collaborate with account and marketing teams to align recruiting with client goals
• Ensure excellent candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy and reporting for internal and client stakeholders
• Standardize interview, screening, and selection practices across the team
