Java Developer Contractor

The project is looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise and hands-on experience in Java/J2EE technologies, Angular UI frameworks, and solid knowledge of AWS cloud services. This position requires exceptional communication skills, as the candidate will interact directly with clients, understand requirements clearly, lead a team for delivery, and work independently to drive solutions from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java/J2EE.
Build responsive, user-friendly front-end components using Angular.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
Develop and integrate scalable cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack.
Ensure code quality through best practices, peer reviews, and testing.
Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting delivery timelines.
Communicate progress, risks, and technical issues clearly to clients and team members.
Lead, coordinate, and manage a project team to ensure successful client delivery.
