The role involves leading the development of cutting-edge cyber capabilities and driving technical excellence in advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO) to safeguard critical national security systems. The Role • Lead the design and development of new hardware or software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities. • Manage the full lifecycle of software applications and systems, including design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging. • Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools. • Apply expert knowledge of network and security concepts to support capability development. • Communicate technical progress and status updates effectively to leadership and stakeholders. • Ensure high standards of software quality and compliance with development best practices. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline with 12+ years of technical experience, or Master's degree with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years, or High School Diploma with 16+ years of relevant technical experience. • Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming languages. • Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex systems. • Demonstrated experience with low-level system internals across various platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, network devices). • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming. • Proven experience in developing CNO capabilities and leading their technical development. • Must possess a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance.
