Human Resources Manager

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for our wholesale foodservice and dairy teams. This role oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while partnering closely with operations leaders. You will develop HR policies, support leadership coaching, drive engagement and retention initiatives, and manage benefits and HR systems. Ideal candidates bring strong HR generalist experience, solid knowledge of employment laws, and a collaborative, people-first approach aligned with our family-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for operations, distribution, and corporate roles.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Manage performance management processes, coaching leaders on feedback and development.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
• Administer benefits programs and support employees with HR-related inquiries.
• Maintain and optimize HRIS data integrity, reporting, and workflows.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives aligned with company values.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational changes.
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR metrics and reporting to inform data-driven people decisions.
