Demonstrate a strong understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and related HR processes.
Partner with Global Mobility, HR COEs, Legal, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of employee movements and onboarding activities.
Analytics, Reporting & Process Improvement
Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics that monitor HR Operations performance, compliance status, onboarding quality, and case-management effectiveness.
Analyze operational data to identify risks, trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Establish and monitor key metrics related to case volumes, resolution times, compliance, onboarding, and operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, accuracy, and employee experience.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Independently manage targeted projects and process improvement initiatives from planning through execution and completion.
Develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, track deliverables, identify risks, and ensure timely completion.
