HR Generalist

Our client, a manufacturing organization in Shelby, Ohio, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. As an HR Generalist, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources department supporting daily operations and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Shelby, Ohio

Pay Range: $25/hour

Shift: 8-4 to be discussed

What's the Job?

• Assist with administrative tasks related to HR functions in a manufacturing environment
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Coordinate communication between management and staff to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture

What's Needed?

• Some office administration or related experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
• Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus but not required
• Availability to work Monday through Friday
