Recruitment Coordinator (Contract)

**Six month contract with the potential to extend or go permanent based upon performance**

Location: 3-days Hybrid (Local to NYC, Denver, or Charlotte) 

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and interviewers
• Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support job postings, candidate communications, and feedback collection
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve and streamline hiring processes
• Assist with offer letter preparation, onboarding activities, and other recruitment-related administrative tasks
• Track recruiting data and maintain accurate hiring reports and documentation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
• Help maintain internal documentation, process guides, and best practices for the Talent Acquisition team

Required Qualifications: 

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and supporting a distributed team
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse) is a plus
