Electrical Principal Engineer

Role: Electrical Principal Engineer

Location: 44 Industrial Drive, New Britain, PA 18901

Contract: 6+ months

Job Description:

·       Develop single line and three-line diagram

·       Perform cable sizing and specifications

·       Electrical panel layout and design

·       Perform electric load calculations

·       Perform cable routing design and calculations

·       Electrical equipment sizing and specifications

·       Ground system design

·       Generating bill of materials

·       Understand fundamentals of control and instrumentation engineering

·       Interfacing with engineering team (i.e. mechanical)

·       Experience with design of safety systems (E-STOP)

·       Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment

Nice to have: Chemical industry and/or hazardous environment experience Understanding state or federal code selection and regulations Plant troubleshooting, maintenance experience is a plus

Duration: 6 months to begin with.
