Position Summary
Lead business analysis and data integration efforts for a large-scale legacy modernization initiative. You will document home-grown legacy systems, perform data mapping, and build user stories to help transition legacy infrastructure to a modern cloud integration platform.
Key Required Skills & Experience

Core BA & Requirements Elicitation: 8+ years writing user stories, acceptance criteria, design documents, and managing SDLC specifications.

Large IT Systems & Governance: 8+ years evaluating complex enterprise applications within structured project governance frameworks.

Data Mapping & SQL: 5+ years writing SQL queries (SSMS / relational DBs), source-to-target data mapping, and analyzing data schemas.

Agile Delivery: 6+ years working in Agile software environments using ALM tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, TFS, or RTC).

Advanced Data Management: 3+ years working with data modeling standards and enterprise architecture design.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, or a related technical field (or equivalent 8+ years of enterprise IT experience).
