Position: Business Analyst
Location: Tallahassee, FL – Onsite

Duration: 24+ Months Contract


Interview: In-Person in  Tallahassee, Florida

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
  • Strong experience with business/process modeling, Visio, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SDLC, data migration, testing/QA, and change/release management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, use cases, and business rules.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Azure DevOps; Power BI is preferred.
  • Experience with AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, process improvement, modernization, remediation, and migration.

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
