Business Analyst

Introduction:

We are currently seeking 3 Business Analysts with strong experience in Agile/technical environments. Each position will focus on a different area: Resource Management, Stakeholder Management, or Process Implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Resource Management BA: Work closely with technical teams involved in solution design and technical documentation, ensuring teams understand required resources, capabilities, responsibilities, and project needs.
• Stakeholder Management BA: Act as the key liaison between Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, technical teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring communication, expectations, project updates, and key decisions are clearly aligned.
• Process Implementation BA: Drive process standardization and implementation, working with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to establish, document, implement, and maintain consistent processes.
• Partner with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, BAs, technical teams, and business stakeholders to identify requirements, dependencies, risks, and process gaps.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Candidates should have strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments, Jira, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing is a plus. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site in Menands, NY, 5 days per week.
