Cycle Dealership Sales Specialist

Sentry Insurance is seeking a Cycle Dealership Sales Specialist to grow our finance and insurance solutions through motorcycle and powersports dealerships. In this role, you'll build and manage dealership relationships, deliver consultative sales support, and drive premium growth by aligning coverage options with customer needs. You'll lead product trainings, analyze dealership performance, and partner with underwriting, claims, and marketing to ensure a seamless experience. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with cycle and powersports dealerships in assigned territory
• Promote and sell Sentry's insurance and finance solutions through dealership partners
• Conduct onsite and virtual product presentations and trainings for dealership staff
• Analyze dealership performance and build sales plans to grow premium and penetration
• Provide consultative support on risk management and coverage options for customers
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and marketing to deliver seamless service
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and results using CRM and reporting tools
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all sales activities
