The Role

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to employees.
• Supervise daily store operations and loss prevention in management's absence.
• Execute opening and closing duties and complete banking tasks.
• Deliver an exceptional and fun customer experience.

What You'll Need

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
