Required Skills & Experience

• Strong project management fundamentals with PMP or equivalent certifications
• Proven ability to bridge business and engineering teams through clear communication and translation skills
• Handson Agile/sprintbased delivery experience with a productoriented mindset
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts and terminology; prior exposure to AIenabled workflows or implementations preferred
• Experience collaborating with offshore engineering teams and managing iterative, fastmoving environments
• Skilled in stakeholder management, particularly with Finance/Accounting endusers and shifting requirements
• Background in retail and finance/accounts payable domains
• Technical fluency with comfort around architecture discussions; experience in Microsoft/Azurecentric environments
• Track record of delivering business demos and product reviews every sprint
