Job Description

Role Summary
A senior-level project management position focused on leading large-scale enterprise application initiatives. The role encompasses overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of critical software development programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, develop comprehensive project roadmaps, and facilitate successful implementation of complex digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze existing business requirements, functional specifications, and technical architecture documentation to assess project scope and feasibility.
  • Develop detailed bottom-up estimates covering application development, system integrations, data migration, quality assurance, deployment, change management, and ongoing support.
  • Build and refine staffing models, project timelines, and budget projections aligned with project scope and objectives.
  • Create resource forecasts and define skill requirements for each workstream and project phase.
  • Define major workstreams, establish milestones, identify critical path activities, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
  • Develop project governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and decision-making frameworks to support successful delivery.
  • Recommend organizational structures and phased implementation strategies to facilitate effective project rollout.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including executive leaders and technical teams, to translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
  • Support change management initiatives, user adoption, and post-deployment support activities.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise software development and implementation programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering new enterprise applications from concept to deployment.
  • Strong program management experience with expertise in product delivery and software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Ability to develop ROM estimates, budgets, staffing plans, and multi-year cost forecasts.
  • Skilled in translating business requirements into executable project plans and deliverables.
  • Experience partnering with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, modern software engineering practices, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development, APIs, systems integration, and data platforms.
  • Experience supporting mobile application initiatives and working within Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, and CI/CD frameworks.
  • Ability to develop business cases, funding requests, and executive-level strategic recommendations.

Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.00 hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
