Required Skills

• Bachelor''s degree in Information Management, Data Analytics, Business, or
related field (Master''s preferred).

• Experience supporting State Government, Health & Human Services,
Medicaid, or Behavioral Health programs.

• PMP Certification required.

• Experience leading enterprise cloud modernization or data transformation
initiatives.

• Proven success managing cross-functional teams and complex government
projects.

• Strong knowledge of:

o Project Management

o Data Analytics & Data Governance

o Requirements Gathering

o Stakeholder Management

• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Project, and Excel
or Alteryx.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid SDLC methodologies.
