Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Define target architecture, integration patterns, and API standards for Azure modernization initiatives.
2. Design and oversee development of secure, scalable .NET/C# REST APIs and integration services.
3. Guide CI/CD and infrastructure alignment with Azure services.
4. Conduct technical design reviews and ensure security, performance, and resiliency requirements are met.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	6–9 years of experience in .NET/C# development, Azure, REST API development, software architecture, and enterprise application integration.
Technical Skills	.NET, C#, Microsoft Azure, REST APIs, API Architecture, CI/CD, Cloud Integration, Software Architecture
Business / Domain Skills	Application Modernization, System Integration, Technical Governance, API Strategy, Cloud Migration, Solution Design
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Strong hands-on .NET/C# development and Azure experience.
2. Experience defining enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
3. Experience leading technical delivery across multiple development workstreams.
