Forward Deployed Engineer

I'm working with a large global technology services organization that is investing heavily in AI and standing up a brand-new AI Center of Excellence in Frisco, Texas.
This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground-floor of a greenfield AI practice focused on both internal innovation and customer-facing AI implementations. The team will partner directly with enterprise clients to design, build, integrate, and deploy AI solutions that solve real business problems.

Forward Deployed Engineer Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions
• Build, customize, and integrate GenAI, agentic AI, and machine learning applications
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Deploy AI solutions into production environments and drive adoption
• Bridge the gap between customer requirements and engineering execution

Ideal Background:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience building AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, or agent-based solutions
• Comfortable working directly with customers and presenting technical concepts
• Experience integrating solutions across cloud and enterprise systems
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
