They are seeking a skilled Procurement Professional to join a dynamic and growing team focused on significant infrastructure investment and transformation.

The Role

• Develop and implement sourcing and contracting solutions for a major, long-term investment programme.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and liabilities within procurement and contract strategies.
• Support and manage procurement plans, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.
• Provide commercial and supply chain support to delivery programmes.
• Lead the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process, including tender development, evaluation, and award.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in supply chain, particularly within facilities management or infrastructure.
• Experience leading or supporting procurements for design, manufacture, and build based on specifications.
• Solid understanding of business procurement approaches, processes, policy, and strategy.
• Experience in contract and supplier performance management.
• CIPS qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments is a plus.
