Job Description:

Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive technology-enabled initiatives supporting investment operations. This role bridges software engineering, data management, and asset management functions, delivering cross-functional projects that scale PGIM’s technology ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

• Project Delivery — Lead end-to-end planning, development, and launch of complex software or vendor implementation projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Stakeholder Management — Serve as liaison between engineering teams, senior leadership, risk, compliance, and global investment professionals
• Roadmap & Resource Management — Translate technical requirements into actionable roadmaps; track milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Process Enablement — Identify operational bottlenecks; implement workflow automation or low-code/no-code solutions for continuous improvement
• Budget & Vendor Oversight — Manage third-party delivery teams, vendor contracts, and project budgets
