Role Summary:
Looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale application development and modernization programs using Java, Microservices, and AWS. The role involves driving delivery, stakeholder management, solution alignment, team coordination, and successful execution of cloud-native initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

·                  Lead end-to-end delivery of Java, Microservices, and AWS-based transformation programs.

·                  Manage project planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budget.

·                  Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and customer stakeholders.

·                  Drive Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, governance, and status reporting.

·                  Ensure adherence to architecture, security, performance, and quality standards.

·                  Track program KPIs, resource utilization, and delivery milestones.

·                  Support release planning, production readiness, and issue escalation management.
