Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, client-facing Enterprise Architect – Adobe Experience Cloud to lead digital transformation engagements across Adobe Experience Cloud and the client's broader technology ecosystem.

The architect will assess existing technology environments, define future-state architectures, and develop modernization roadmaps. The role requires the ability to advise senior stakeholders on integrating content, customer data, analytics, personalization, and activation capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines enterprise architecture expertise, consulting leadership, and proven delivery experience. Candidates must be able to demonstrate specific client projects, architecture decisions they personally owned, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with business, marketing, creative, data, and technology stakeholders.
• Assess existing platforms, integrations, content workflows, and organizational capabilities.
• Define current-state, future-state, and transition architectures aligned with business priorities.
• Develop phased modernization roadmaps, including dependencies, risks, and implementation sequencing.
• Design integrations across Adobe platforms and enterprise systems, including CRM, commerce, identity, cloud, and data platforms.
• Architect content supply chain workflows connecting planning, creation, review, approval, asset management, publishing, and measurement.
• Establish architecture standards and governance for content, metadata, permissions, rights, customer data, privacy, and consent.
• Evaluate solution options, explain technical and business trade-offs, and guide senior stakeholders toward informed decisions.
• Provide architectural direction to solution architects, engineering teams, and delivery leaders throughout implementation.
• Support presales discovery, proposals, solution scoping, and effort estimates.
• Mentor team members and contribute reusable architecture patterns and delivery best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
• Direct client-facing consulting experience, including leading discovery sessions and presenting recommendations to senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Proven architecture and delivery experience across multiple Adobe Experience Cloud products or comparable enterprise digital experience platforms.
• Experience with content platforms or content supply chain solutions, such as AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Adobe Workfront, Firefly, or GenStudio.
• Experience designing integrations across content, customer data, analytics, personalization, and activation platforms.
• Expertise in developing architecture roadmaps, evaluating alternatives, and establishing governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, identity, security, privacy, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams from discovery through implementation and production launch.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to explain personal architecture ownership through specific client projects, industry use cases, and delivery outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience architecting integrated solutions across three or more Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Hands-on experience with Workfront-to-AEM Assets integration or creative workflow automation.
• Experience implementing Adobe Firefly or GenStudio capabilities within governed enterprise content workflows.
• Relevant Adobe certifications in architecture or Experience Cloud platforms.
• Consulting, systems integration, or digital agency experience.
• Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, estimates, and account growth.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience addressing industry-specific requirements, including those of regulated environments.
