Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Architect to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design and oversee end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure solutions in highly secure environments.
2. Coordinate implementation planning, technical architecture, project dependencies, integrations, and delivery activities across multiple teams, tenants, and cloud providers.
3. Review project deliverables for quality and completeness, maintain architectural documentation, and provide project status updates, risk assessments, and technical guidance.
4. Manage client relationships, stakeholder communications, expectations, and escalations while coordinating team priorities and ensuring delivery aligns with project scope and security requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, and Microsoft 365 cloud email, plus minimum 5 years leading large-scale, global, complex technology implementations. The JD also specifies a bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience.
Technical Skills	Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Cloud Infrastructure Architecture, Multi-Tenant Architecture, Cloud Security, Technical Documentation, Project Delivery Management
Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting enterprise IT environments, including identity management, messaging, collaboration platforms, and cloud infrastructure services across complex organizational environments. Experience managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology implementations involving enterprise directory services, email and collaboration platforms, multi-tenant environments, and cloud infrastructure modernization. Experience coordinating cross-functional project workstreams, managing implementation dependencies, risks, integrations, delivery schedules, and quality reviews across complex technology programs. Experience managing client relationships, stakeholder communications, executive status reporting, architectural documentation, knowledge transfer, and escalation management while ensuring secure and reliable service delivery.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
