We are seeking a seasoned M&A Program Manager with experience managing pre-merger and post-merger activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving end-to-end M&A integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management skills, the ability to align multiple workstreams, and a track record of driving teams toward common business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate pre-merger and post-merger activities, ensuring effective planning, execution, and integration across multiple workstreams.
Manage end-to-end M&A program activities, collaborating with various teams and functional towers involved in the integration process.
Work closely with track leads to establish priorities, ask the right questions, identify dependencies, anticipate roadblocks, and develop mitigation plans.
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure progress toward common goals established by stakeholders.
Monitor program milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, leadership, and workstream teams.
Support technology integration initiatives across network, operations, and other IT functions, as applicable.
Provide program-level oversight and guidance without requiring deep technical expertise in any single M&A domain.

Required Qualifications
Experience managing at least two M&A engagements involving pre-merger and post-merger program management activities.
Strong understanding of end-to-end M&A processes, integration planning, and cross-functional program coordination.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and bring diverse teams together to achieve common objectives.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience identifying potential roadblocks and coordinating mitigation strategies with track leads.
Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX, at least 75% of the time, with a preference for candidates available to work onsite 100%.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the telecommunications or Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry.
Exposure to technology integration activities during mergers and acquisitions, particularly in network or operations environments.
Experience coordinating technology-related integration workstreams across multiple teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile: A seasoned M&A Program Manager with experience across multiple M&A engagements, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end integration activities. Telecom/ISP experience is preferred, but hands-on M&A program management experience is the primary requirement.
