Job Description:
Detail-oriented and analyticalBusiness Analyst with strong Business Operations capabilitiesto support initiatives in theClinical Diagnostics domainwithin the US Healthcare ecosystem. This role will bridge business, operations, and technology teams to drive process efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and regulatory compliance across diagnostic services, lab workflows, and healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to clinical diagnostics, lab operations, and healthcare workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including lab operations teams, clinicians, IT, and compliance teams.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for new initiatives or system enhancements.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Work with external and internal stakeholders.
• Work with the sales force and product operations teams.

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to business operations.
• Strong experience inthe US Healthcare domain, specificallyClinical Diagnostics / Laboratory Services.
• Knowledge of lab workflows (order entry, sample processing, result reporting).
• Experience with healthcare data standards and systems (HL7, LIS, EHR/EMR).
