Job description

BOQ Group is seeking a Senior Manager - Remediation Analytics & Governance to lead the Data Analytics team shaping enterprise customer remediation, product governance and quality insights. You will deliver dashboards, risk indicators and actionable insights to support informed decision-making at the highest levels.

You will strengthen the Customer Remediation Policy, standards and governance framework across the bank, partnering with Risk, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Legal and business units
