, you’ll help make insurance feel personal while working with an experienced team that values accuracy, accountability, and caring for people. As our
Insurance Customer Service Rep
, your day will include servicing policies, processing endorsements and updates, issuing certificates and ID cards, handling billing questions, and helping clients through claims.

You’ll also look for opportunities to strengthen coverage when a customer’s needs change, then connect them with the right producer or help quote the additional protection yourself. Pachis is an American Family Insurance agency built on more than 20 years of family ownership in Evanston. The agency serves clients across more than 15 states and is growing with a modern, forward-thinking approach. You’ll have hands-on training, professional development, and a team that shares knowledge and supports each other.

The office is also pet-friendly, so Hugo, the resident Burmese Mountain dog and team mascot, may make an appearance. Pay is $20-$26 per hour based on experience, with the opportunity for unlimited commissions for licensed CSRs who choose to sell. You’ll also have PTO, health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with a 4% agency match, and paid holidays. Issue certificates, ID cards, and insurance documentation.

Handle first notice of loss and claims communication. Assist with billing questions, payments, and cancellations. Manage phone, email, mail, and walk-in communications. Assistance with internal social media platform
An insurance license is required. Comfortable using CRM, comparative rater, and carrier systems. Highly accurate with data entry and policy details.
