We are seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative with experience who is ready to take their career to the next level. Qualifications:
Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is preferred license

Service and support existing client accounts, including policy changes, coverage questions, and renewals
Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations
Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong, long-term client relationships
Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
Provide a positive customer experience
Job Q ualifications
Insurance experience preferred
